Summerincrete.com is an initiative from Tourist Services Satellite, a travel agency based on the promenade from Rethymno, opposite the new
harbour and the office from E.O.T.: The National Greek Tourist Organization. We are already 20 years active in Tourism and now on the INTERNET.
Many tourists choose for Crete and Greece and the group is still growing, despite the competition from other countries working in the same market. The strength of the Greeks is their hospitality and open mind for all guests, no matter where they come from. Not for nothing means the word “Xenos” here “the foreigner” but also “the guest”. Once we receive your reservation request for accommodation, rental car or activity, we will reply to your email, fax or call with a confirmation in which we describe precisely what you must do to be sure that your request can be dealt with with our utmost care. For some services a deposit is requested for others we just need your flight details and the payment can be made here on Crete. Please note that it’s wise to make sure that your travel or health insurance is covering illness or accidents for the time you are away from your home country.
We ensure you that the service we deliver meets our description as we explained in our web pages or in other correspondence. If you can prove however that we did not supply the requested service(s), than we will find a suitable alternative that meets your wishes.
