Kavros

Kavros is a suburb from the tourist resort Georgioupoli. The village lies on the second longest beach of Crete. There are shops, taverns, nightlife and travel agencies. In the same area we find Crete’s only natural sweet water lake, Kournas, where you can swim or make a tour with a water bike or enjoy a typical lunch or dinner.

Our Taverna "Elies" serves daily breakfast buffet and a delicious dinner buffet with traditional Cretan, and Greek recipes using our own organic farming ingredients.
