For short term holidays to Crete we can make hotel or apartment reservations anywhere on the island. We know the places that we offer so that’s a guarantee that the facilities that we offer are there and that there will be no surprises on your arrival. We can also arrange you a taxi or rent a car at the airport of arrival. You can drive yourself to your chosen accommodation or we arrange the driver to bring you to your hotel or apartment .  In the latter case an additional cost will be added depending on the destination.

Kalypso Cretian Village

Plakias

Kalypso Cretian Village is situated on the south coast of Crete, closely is the holiday resort Plakias. It’s absolutely a fabulous place and the premises of this hotel, were many times filmed for International tourism documentaries.

The hotel offers 125 bungalow style apartments and studios, tastefully furnished, with fridge, small kitchen, large balcony or veranda and bathroom with bath and shower. 90% of the rooms offer a magnificent sea view.

 

The main building offers you the reception and lounge with bar, big balcony with sea view for your evening cocktail, TV room, games room and library. For your daily relax there’s a big swimming pool with a pool bar, sun loungers and parasols. Beyond that there’s the unique Kalypso bay formed like a gorge where you can swim safe in the sea. The gorge is also being used by the diving centre for intro dives and snorkelling programs.

 

During the summer the animation team offers, sports activities like volleyball, tennis, water games and gymnastics.

 

In each studio 2-3 persons can sleep and in the apartments up to 4 persons.  

Every accommodation has a sitting area and the 1st floor apartments offer large balconies.

 

In the hotel restaurant you may enjoy delicious buffets in the morning and evening. During midday small meals and snacks are available at the pool bar.

 

The hotel offers a regular bus service to the village Plakias, where you may find shops, restaurants and night entertainment.

 

In the evening in the main building you can enjoy shows and games from the animators and each week a Greek Dancing show. In the open air theatre founded by the biggest Cretan Musician Psaradonis are regularly Folklore evenings.
