Villa AlkistisThis villa is situated about 8 Km. from the old centre of Rethymno and 4 Km from the beach resorts Adele and Platanes. Nearby is Agia Paraskevi a small farmers village with Cafe's and a mini market.

“Alkistis” is a new built villa surrounded by olive groves and wild plants. It’s a lovely family house, about 110 sqm, with a private swimming pool and it is suitable for 6-8 persons.

With its relaxed welcoming atmosphere, villa has been build and furnished to a comfortably high standard on two floors and offers fantastic views over the villages, the hills and the nearby sea.

There is also a full-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and oven and there is one large bedroom with double bed too. In the bathroom on this floor you will also find a shower and the washing machine. The living room and the kitchen have doors leading to the veranda near the swimming pool, where you will enjoy your swimming, the sun and the stars at night. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each of them and a pretty bathroom. Two doors lead to an excellent veranda with a panoramic view to the sea and the mountains.

Villa AlkistisYou will walk into this property and you will see the barbeque and the swimming pool with the surrounding garden. We must say that the two verandas are equipped with comfortable wooden garden furniture, but you will also find sun beds and sun umbrellas for the lawn which surrounds the house. The low stone walls around the villa give the sense of seclusion and privacy to all guests.
