Prines

ON THE DOORSTEP OF THE CITY….

Prines is a small agricultural village on the old national road Rethymno-Chania. In the village you will find a mini market a bakery and a tavern. The city of Rethymno is only 5 Km away and here you’ll find all amenities to survive. The local buss stops in the village. Here we offer a beautiful traditionally built villa, it’s:

House Zambia which is located in the old settlement of Prines, Rethymnon, Crete, Greece. The area where the house is located is very quiet and retains its traditional characteristics.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms in the house: in the first of the bedrooms there is a double bed while in the second, which is bigger, there are a double and a single bed. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a sofa which turns into a bed. There are two bathrooms: one in the ground floor close to the pool and one the 1st floor which also has a washing machine. A water heater is also available.

The house is cleaned twice a week and the swimming pool is self cleaning. There are two kitchens: one inside the house and another outside. Both are fully equipped. Besides the electric cooker, the kitchen inside the house contains a small electric oven, a steam cooker, a coffee machine and many other useful appliances.
