Villa Frati Frati

Frati is an old agricultural village on the south coast of Rethymno. It is 6 Km from the bathing resort Plakias and also 6 Km from the paradise on Crete, the palm beach of Preveli. The area is very fine for walking fans and several routes are direct in front of your house. The village offers a traditional tavern and a small mini market, for bigger shopping you may visit Spili or Plakias which are nearby. A rental car is needed with the following accommodation.

Villa Frati lies in a beautiful nature environment; it’s near the impressive gorge of Kourtaliotiko, the Palm Beach of Prevelli and close to the lovely village Plakias with the prefect beaches. The villa overlooks the olive groves in the area and you may experience here the total relaxation and peace in your holiday.

The villa is built in 3 compartments and can there for be rented to 3 families or a big group. Up to 16 people can find a bed in this house. The first part offers enough space for up to 4 persons, for example a family with 2 children. It has a bedroom with double bed, a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet, a living room with TV and kitchen with all utilities and a sitting area with 2 sofa beds.

From the balcony you see the beautiful area and the garden with a swimming pool. There are sun beds to relax in the garden.

The second compartment is bigger and offers 4-6 people a place to sleep. It has a double bed room for 2 persons and sofa beds in the spacious living room.

There’s an open fire place, a TV and a separate Kitchen dining room with a table and 6 chairs. Kitchen is complete with all comforts and has an oven and micro wave.

The nice bathroom has a bath and toilet

The last compartment borders to the garden with the swimming pool and this has a spacious double bedroom, bathroom with bad and toilet

In the living room the sitting area can be changed into a sofa bed area for 4 persons.

It has open fire place, TV with DVD player and a separate kitchen and dining room with a table and 6 chairs.

The house has a central heating system and is there for also suitable for winter holidays.
